Trading her stethoscope for Fredrick’s of Hollywood’s fall line, Lauren has one of my favorite storylines in the Melrose Place series.

As we learned last week, Wendy Madison (Kelly Carlson, Nip/Tuck), Lauren’s new “madame” hooks the future doctor up with unbelievably hunky studs–I’d like to think this would never happen in hookerdom.

After much awkward resistance, a client presses Lauren to dance in her skivvies. And I don’t care how much acting Stephanie Jacobsen put into the scene–she looked hot! Who knew med school nerds can bust a move?

But the true punishment is what Riley gives Lauren: naming her maid of honor. Too bad she skips out on a bridal shopping spree to spend time with her jon. Will Lauren be able to work the boulevard and work her grueling med school schedule? Will she trade in her white jacket for good? It’s definitely a possibility, but you’ve gotta feel for her for going through one awkward hookup after another. How do you think her pals will find out?

Looking at tonight’s preview, David might be one of the first to learn of Lauren’s ulterior night activities, as she gathers with other prostitute gal-pals for a night servicing men at sea. David happens to be one of the guests, but could one of her newly scantily clad friends help her jump ship? How long can she keep this up?

Find out in Tonight’s episode of Melrose, then check out the MP blog tomorrow for a recap of what’s happening at the ultra-hot addy.

  1. Thank you for a very clear and helpful post. I am definitely a violator of many of these rules. I often find myself conflicted when writing a blog post because I see myself writing more than people want to read, but I feel that I have to do the subject matter justice by thoroughly covering it. I feel that by following some of these rules I end up cutting out important aspects to the discussion. I guess you have to find a balance.
