Sometimes I sit on ideas because I worry that they won’t become great.
This year, though, I’ve challenged myself to think differently. Things are changing.
I’ve asked my bosses to start a couple of ongoing series at KAKE-TV — stories that can make a difference.
If you haven’t seen it, this week, we’ve launched my investigative series called Missing in Kansas, where I examine stories of missing people and unsolved crimes.
I’ve made calls to 130+ police departments and sheriff’s offices, the KBI, national missing persons experts and more.
It’s my hope to bring as many missing people home as possible.
Every weekday on KAKE News at 6 a.m. and 5 p.m., you can catch these special reports.
Follow me here on Facebook, and I will share a person’s story. Every day.
Let’s bring these missing people home.
