The Cleveland Auto Show Show is attracting all sorts of car lovers.
But some have found a way to give back with a chance to win a very big prize.
The Ohio Cobra Club is raffling off a car this year to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Starting next week, the club will build the big prize: a red, 2011 Dick Smith Tribute car.
“We’re doing it for the kids,” said John Ackerman, a club member from Strongsville. “It’s a fundraiser for a good charity.”
Ackerman said the club has raised more than half a million dollars for the charity over the past 10 years.
Tickets cost $20 each. The sales will continue until June, when a winner will be drawn at the London Cobra Show in Columbus. You do not have to be present to win.
