There was no winner in Wednesday’s Powerball drawing.
That means the jackpot for Saturday’s drawing will be at least $475 million.
The Powerball numbers selected Wednesday night were: 2, 11, 26, 34, 41. The Powerball was 32.
Wednesday night’s jackpot was worth $360 million, making it the third largest prize in the game’s history.
The second highest jackpot was $365 million and the highest was $587.5 million.
“I couldn’t believe it, that it jumped so high like that; but it’s worth a ticket or two,” said Sandy Davenport of Cleveland. “I mean, hey you can do a lot of things with that amount of money.”
Powerball tickets cost $2, and you can double your payout with an extra $1, known as Power Play.
The Ohio Lottery commission says players have a 1 in 175.2 million chance of winning the $360-million prize.
“It’s exciting,” said Kevin Smith of Cleveland Heights. “I mean, I only buy tickets when it gets like pretty high. I haven’t bought in probably two months; but once it gets over a couple hundred million, then I’ll buy.”
