It’s not a Halloween-specific app, but Life360 can help you track a person. You can track a person or multiple people on the application. It will show their whereabouts on a map. There is in-app messaging. The app is free.
SEX OFFENDER SEARCH
This app is also made by the Life360 company. It allows people to find sex offenders in their neighborhood via the national sex offender registry.
TRICK OR TRACKER
You can track your child’s location. Messages can be send to a child’s pone using a special code that is picked up and responded to via pre-set coordinates. The child’s phone will have a special “Where Am I?” button and the parents phone will have a corresponding “Where’s My Kid” button. Parents can program their phones for updates messages on their child’s location. The app costs $4.99.
MAMABEAR FAMILY SAFETY
This app keeps parents updated without a text or call and check-in with emoticons. You can send your parents a “Come Get Me” or “Emergency” notification.
