Two men were attacked in a robbery in southwest Wichita Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred in a mobile home around 10:40 a.m. in 1900th block of west MacArthur Road.
“They got a knock on the door. When they opened it up, got bum rushed by two suspects,” said Wichita Police Lt. E.J. Bastian. “The suspects tied one of the gentlemen up with duct tape and the other one was still in the back bedroom.”
The armed suspects then pistol-whipped the second victim in the head, stole cash and other weapons. They then ran out of the mobile home. Investigators say they believe the suspects are two black men.
Officers said the victims are OK and called police for help. They met with investigators to provide further details about the crime.
