An infant disappeared nearly a decade ago in south-central Kansas. Now, family is clinging to hope for the safe return of Vincent Moore, who many call “Baby Vincent.”
Vincent was last seen on July 2015 in south Wichita with his dad, Gary Moore, Jr., according to Wichita Police. The boy was reportedly last seen near S. Hydraulic and Tulsa. A blue diaper bag, that was supposed to be with Vincent, remains missing.
Police did arrest Moore, but never charged him with the anything related to his son’s disappearance. Moore claimed he left the child with his mother — something she’s denied.
