ONE-BOWL BROWNIES!

This is my favorite brownie recipe. I make this when I can, and it’s a simple way to whip up something homemade for the holidays. It’s pretty much the same recipe you’ll find on a Baker’s baking chocolate recipe package.

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER’S Unsweetened Chocolate

1/2 cup + 2TBSP butter

2 cups sugar (I use substitute to lighten it up.)

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat up oven to 350 degrees

2. In microwave, melt butter in large bowl. Add chocolate until completely melted.

3. Mix in sugar, then eggs, vanilla, flour and salt.

4. Pour in greased 13×9 baking pan (though I prefer smaller, like 8×8 or 9×9 pans for thicker brownies)

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool down and enjoy!
