More than a year has passed since a man was reported missing from northeast Kansas.
Lance Nolan Morin, now 34, was last seen on June 23, 2023. Records with the Department of Justice reveal that’s when he last spoke to family on the phone. At the time, he told family he was in Kansas City, Mo. Lance drives a four-door red 2010 Ford Focus with an Indiana Tag # ZUF309.
