CLEVELAND —She is cute and adorable, but good luck with finding her! “Lalaloopsy” may be the hottest doll to hit stores this Christmas, but local retailers are having trouble keeping it on the shelves.
Many compare the doll’s popularity to the phenomenon of the Cabbage Patch doll of the 1980’s, or, to the Tickle Me Elmo doll of the 1990’s.
