Nothing screams game-day action like having great food.

One of my family staples is one that everyone looks forward to: our ultimate nacho cheese dip.

It’s one of the simplest recipes that will wow the crowd.

Ingredients

– One 2-lb block of Velveeta cheese

– 1-lb of ground beef

– 1/4 of an onion

– 1 can of corn, drained

– 1 jalapeno (optional)

Directions

1. Brown the beef. Strain grease from meat, then set aside.

2. Dice the cheese and onion into large chunks, place in crock pot.

3. Drain can of corn. Add to the pot.

4. Slice jalapeno, add to the pot.

5. Turn crock pot on high. Cook for two hours, stirring occasionally.

Again, this is definitely a fan favorite you’ll want to make for your Super Bowl party.

Quick Tips

  • You can also heat this in the microwave for a few minutes, then sit in the crock pot throughout your party.
  • You’ll need two large bags of chips for all this dip!
  • My sisters like to add a can of diced tomatoes into the mix too.
  • If this is too thick, add 1/4 a cup of water and stir.

I prefer to add a few more jalapenos to the mix. After all, us Lawlesses love everything spicy! But, it’s always best to think of your guests.

Have a great game day!
